Pringle of Scotland offers a 28-day return policy for all full-price items, ensuring your luxury knitwear meets our exacting standards of quality and fit. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form provided in your original shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
